  NOTICE OF COURT CLOSURE

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, THE CITY OF LADUE COURT ROOM AND WINDOW ARE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC, all regularly scheduled municipal court dockets for the City of Ladue are hereby POSTPONED.  New court dates will be mailed out to defendants in the near future.  If you are a defendant and your address is different than the address on your ticket or summons you should contact the court clerk at [email protected], Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

While no entry into the courtroom or window is permitted at this time, the court is still open and available to the public and can assist you with the following:

1. addressing warrants and bonds issued by this Court;

2.  addressing suspension of driver’s licenses and holds on driver’s licenses issued by this court;

2. providing information about cases on the municipal dockets; and

3. making payments to the municipal court.

If you have any questions, please call 314-993-3919, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday or visit us on our website at Cityofladue-mo.gov..

Welcome to the City of Ladue Municipal Court Website

The Ladue Municipal Court is the judicial branch of the City of Ladue government and a division of the Twenty-First Circuit Court of St. Louis County. The municipal court usually convenes at 6:00 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month at the Ladue City Hall located at 9345 Clayton Road, Ladue, Missouri 63124-1587.

The Ladue Municipal Court handles cases filed by the Ladue Police Department and the Ladue Building Department. These cases include traffic tickets, non-traffic summonses (stealing, assault, peace disturbance, possession of controlled substance and paraphernalia, liquor violations, etc.) and building violations.

* Note to Attorneys*

As of April 2019 the Municipal Court accepts electric filings from Case Net.  However, please still send your request for a recommendation to the Prosecuting Attorney.  If you fail to do so, a summons or warrant may be issued for the defendant.
