Landscape Plan Review
The City of Ladue requires that all new main building construction and any project that disturbs more than one acre has an approved landscape design and plant selections before permits are issued. All landscape plans are reviewed and approved by the City's landscape architect.
A landscape plan must be prepared by a licensed architect, arborist, or urban forester. The requirements for such submittals can be found at the link below.
